Data Deletion Instructions

At Aivot Empowerment School, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to have your data deleted from our systems, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Deletion

Send an email to join@aivothealth.com or start@aivotlife.com from the email address associated with your account/inquiry.

Include the subject line: "Data Deletion Request".

In the body of the email, state clearly that you would like us to delete your personal data. You are not required to provide a reason.

What Happens Next

  • We will process your request within 7 business days.
  • All personal data associated with your email address will be permanently removed from our active systems.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Exceptions

Please note that we may be required by law to retain certain information (such as transaction records for tax compliance purposes) even after a deletion request is fulfilled. Such data will only be retained for the minimum period required by law and will not be used for any other purpose.
