5. Program Policies & Commitments

● Our Guarantee: We guarantee to deliver the full program and our dedicated expertise as described. We do not offer guarantees of specific financial, business, or life outcomes, as these are dependent on the participant's commitment and implementation.

● Commitment & Cancellation: Your enrollment in any of our live events is a firm commitment. We dedicate significant time and resources to each cohort and limit the number of seats to ensure a high-quality experience. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind or non-attendance.

● Deferral Policy: In the case of a documented personal or medical emergency that prevents you from attending, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to defer your enrollment to a future cohort, subject to availability.

6. User-Generated Content (Feedback & Submissions) If you send us feedback, testimonials, creative ideas, or other materials (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us for the purpose of marketing and improving our Services.
