1. Our Commitment

Aivot Empowerment School is dedicated to designing and delivering high-impact, live experiential programs and services. We commit to providing all participants with the full, expert-led experience and all materials as described for the specific program in which they enroll.

2. Your Commitment: Our Enrollment & Refund Policy

Because our live, cohort-based events have a limited number of seats, your registration is a firm commitment to attend and participate. This ensures a high-quality, focused experience for everyone.

  • General Policy: Due to the live, experiential nature of our programs and the limited seats available, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or for non-attendance. When you enroll, you are reserving a space that is no longer available to another potential participant.

  • Deferral in Case of Emergency: We understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. If a documented personal or medical emergency prevents you from attending a live event, you must notify us via email at least 24 hours before the program's start time. In these cases, we will work with you to defer your enrollment to the next available cohort, subject to availability. Please note that deferrals are granted on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

  • No-Shows: Refunds will not be provided for registrants who do not attend their scheduled sessions without prior notice as outlined in our deferral policy.

3. Communication Policy (WhatsApp & Other Channels)

Enrollment confirmations, reminders, and payment-related notifications may be sent via WhatsApp, email, or phone using Meta’s WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We only use WhatsApp to respond to user-initiated inquiries (such as Click-to-WhatsApp advertisements) and to deliver service-related updates for participants.

We do not use WhatsApp to send unsolicited promotional messages.

4. Our Guarantee

We stand by the quality and integrity of our programs. We guarantee that we will deliver the service as described for the specific program you purchased. This guarantee is not a promise of specific personal, financial, or business outcomes, as those are dependent on each participant's active engagement and implementation of the tools and frameworks provided.
